The home of Mimosa, Fox and Firkin & Quayside Bistro and Grill.

Libertys is a unique restaurant, bar and entertainment venue designed for the discerning customer. 

The venue has two bars, the Mimosa cocktail bar and the Fox and Firkin, which is famed for its Real Ales. 

Quayside Bistro and Grill is located on the first floor and has unbelievable views overlooking Jersey's St Helier Marina and Liberation Square.

The Mimosa cocktail bar has one of the largest outdoor licensed al fresco areas in Jersey, which can accommodate upward of two hundred and fifty people. Quayside Bistro and Grill also has a dedicated restaurant al fresco area that can seat up to 120 diners. 

Our funky drinking and dining terrace - 'Liberation terrace' is located on top of the old harbour wall, which overlooks the beautiful Mimosa lantern courtyard, Jersey famous Liberation square and St.Helier Marina.

 Libertys is a truly unique venue, situated in the hub of the restaurant and entertainment district of St Helier.
